Return and Refund Policy

7-Day Return Terms & Conditions

  • We value your trust and commitment to our products. To ensure your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy on every product except for custom orders.
  • Upon return of any product, a credit note of 100% of the invoice value will be issued which can be redeemed within 30 days from the date of credit note issuance.
  • In case you wish to request a return and exchange, you are requested to write an email / WhatsApp to us with your order number, invoice photograph, and photograph of the product.
  • Once our team takes a preliminary check on the product being in good condition, after which we will send an email / Whatsapp confirmation and arrange for a pickup from your address. You are requested to hand over the product, invoice, and certificate in the same box with proper packaging back to the pickup executive. Once the box reaches us, our team will thoroughly check the product.
  • Any certificates accompanying the product must be returned to be eligible for this policy.
  • Once it passes the quality check, we will issue a credit note as above.
  • No wear and tear, re-work, or alteration should have been done on the products for it to be eligible for this policy.
  • In case the product is damaged, then your return request will be rejected. Our team will contact you for further information. The Company’s decision regarding the quality check shall be final and binding on the customer.
  • Credit Note once redeemed towards purchase of any product shall then not be eligible for return under this policy.

  • We follow a 7-day return policy, requiring customers to notify Anant Jewel House LLP (connect@anantjewelhouse.com) of any return intentions within this period

  • Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with all tags attached, and returned within 7 days of the initial notification.

    Customers initiate all return or refund requests directly with Anant Jewel House, and we will manage the process.

    Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 4 days of the item being received.

  • Refund will be prossess within 15 days and it will get credited with original payment method.
